Atemoya

The Atemoya is part of the Annonaceae family. This family has over 2000 different spiecies and some of them are edible.  The taste and looks of the Atemoya are very unique. The sweet taste also resembles vanilla from its sugar-apple parent. The looks of an Atemoya are normally heart-shaped or rounded, with a pale-green, easily bruised, bumpy skin. 

Kaki

Persimmon fruit (also known as kaki) is a golden yellow, round or oval, flavorful, smoothly textured delicacy from far East Asian origin. Quite often this fruit is called Sharonfruit, this is however a variety of the kaki fruit.

Guava

Guava is tropical fruit, rich in high-profile nutrients. There are two different guava varieties, a white and a red one. 

Guanabana

The guanabana or soursop is a large exotic fruit with green spikes. The fruit can reach almost 7 kg per piece and is pear shaped. The inside of the guanabana is white with black seeds. It is well known for its healthy benefits.

Kiwano

The kiwano or horned melon is an orange-green fruit related to the cucumber and melon. With its spikes and colour it has a real exotic look. The green pulp with seeds tastes fresh and reminds you of a cucumber. A kiwano contains a lot of water. In the right circumstances the kiwano remains fresh up to 6 months. Therefore this fruit is often used as decoration.   

Pepino Melon

The pepino melon is an oval-shaped exotic fruit from South America. A pepino turns from green to yellow when it matures, it develops purple stripes during this process. The pepino is related to an eggplant variety.

Lulo

The lulo is a round orange fruit with a green orange inside. The lulo is used in all kinds of fruit juices. Cut the lethery skin and squeeze the lulo to enjoy this fruit. 

Tamarillo

The smooth skin of the tamarillo shows its relation to the tomato family. The dry long stem is typical for the tamarillo. The oval or egg shaped fruit has a dark-red to yellow inside. The black seeds are edible. This tomato variety is real Brazilian of origin!
