All-round administrative employee m/f (full-time)
In this position you will support the administration, logistics and operational departments. You make sure that all administrative tasks are handled correct and quick.
Your tasks include:
- You are responsible for processing the mail.
- You ensure the correct entry of documents into the system.
- You ensure that the archive stays up-to-date.
- You are customer-friendly and service-oriented.
- You have no problem working in a dynamic work environment.
What do we expect from you:
- A completed course in MBO BA level 4 or equivalent.
- Approximately 2-3 years of experience as all-round administrative employee.
- Mastering the Dutch and English language (speaking and writing). Mastering other modern languages, for instance Spanish, is an advantage.
- Mastering of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook,…).
- Experience with Fresh Dynamics AX is an advantage.
- Experience with RPO EROP system is an advantage.
- Accurate, stress-resistant and attention for detail.
- Be flexible, professional and ambitious.
- Available on short term and full-time.
Checking for references and diplomas are part of the procedure.
