The Two Sides of Coconut: Young vs. Mature Coconuts

Coconuts are harvested at two distinct stages of maturity, each offering unique characteristics tailored to different consumption occasions and preferences:

• Young Coconut: features naturally sweet coconut water and soft, delicate meat that is easy to enjoy and scoop directly from the inner walls of the fruit.
• Mature Coconut: represents a more advanced stage of maturity than the Young variant. It contains a smaller amount of less sweet coconut water, but stands out for its thick, dense, and nutrient-rich meat.

Production Management

To ensure a consistently high quality standard, our production management adheres to strict criteria at every phase:

• Certified Cultivation: all our farms are GlobalG.A.P. certified, guaranteeing compliance with high food safety standards, environmental responsibility, and full traceability along the supply chain.
• Scheduled Harvesting: harvesting is planned and executed every 35 days. This regular interval allows each coconut to reach its optimal stage of development, for both Young and Mature varieties.
• Rigorous Selection: only fruits with a Brix degree of 7 or higher are selected.
